“Coffee has become recognized as a human necessity. It is no longer a luxury or an indulgence; it is a corollary of human energy and human efficiency.”
– William H. Ukers, All About Coffee (1922)
Good coffee can be complex, intense and full of character.
Wondering how to get that freshly brewed, robust cup of ground coffee without making too much of an effort? It is imperative, at first, to know how you like your coffee. Which of these 3 basic styles do you prefer?
Classic Continental – Continental Coffee originates from the fine French and Belgian traditions of roasting the humble coffee bean to the utmost degree. These beans have been roasted as high as you possibly can to bring out the maximum taste of the bean. Also, it is an elegant and strong coffee indeed. A classic coffee, simple, clean; and direct; it’s intense flavour derived from the long continental roasting process.
Classic Decaf – A rich well-rounded coffee, bursting with flavour and aroma. Decaffeinated coffee, sometimes known as “decaf”, may be drunk as regular brewed coffee, instant, espresso, or as a mix of regular caffeine beans and decaffeinated beans. It has less caffeine content.
Instant Coffee – It is prepared by by either freeze-drying or spray drying ground coffee and is widely used across the globe because of its convenience.
Once you decide on one amongst these three, your life will become a whole lot simpler!
