When we hit Indian shores, inspiration struck! We wanted to come up with a desi offering just right to win the palate and sentiments of Indian communities alike.
Potato was a great vegetable and ingredient to begin with!
Our McAloo Tikki Burger® patty is made of these potatoes, peas, and warm spices. Served in a toasted bun between slices of tomato, red onion and tangy tomato mayonnaise complete this delectable burger!
Soon after the launch of the McAloo Tikki Burger®, we were keen to experiment again! This opened doors for our sassy, slightly-more-spicy Mexican McAloo Tikki Burger®, that’s prepared with the aloo patty you’re familiar with alongside shredded onion, tomato slices, jalapeños, and creamy Tandoori mayo. Yum!
You might also think of our latest offering, the Flavours of India McAloo Tikki Burger®, which is our classic burger, elevated with a special sauce. Rightly called Flavours of India, this fiery sauce is liquidy and legendary because it’s made with 7 Chillies from different states in India. It’s zingy and rainy-day-appropriate!
