Snoopy is making a comeback in McDonald’s Happy Meal, and this time he’s about to reach for the moon with NASA. Read on to find out what we’re talking about.
Okay, in case you guys didn’t know already, Snoopy, our favorite beagle from Peanuts, became the unofficial mascot for NASA in 1969. Ever since, he has become their beacon for safety and adventure. Today, 50 years later, good ol’ Snoopy is on his way to becoming the official face of NASA’s mission to Mars. And with the 50th anniversary of man walking on the moon this year, McDonald’s couldn’t have found a better time to bring Snoopy back in Happy Meal.
We love him to the moon and back!
With every McDonald’s Happy Meal, you can now join Snoopy to uncover the mysteries of the unknown. Have yourself unboxing an astronaut Snoopy in different space aircraft, vehicles, and gadgets, along with an exciting range of NASA fact cards that are both fun and educational.
We can safely assume that besides flying high, writing, and being incredibly cute and funny, Snoopy loves drifting off into space too, and we love him for those very reasons.
