And the Ray Kroc award allows us to pay tribute to our top-performing Restaurant Managers and recognize them for delivering an outstanding restaurant experience for our customers, as well as creating a positive work environment for their staff.
Named after McDonald’s Corporation founder, Ray Kroc, the award was established in 1999. The winners represent the top one percent of McDonald’s Restaurant Managers worldwide and are invited to join their international peers at the Ray Kroc Awards celebration at McDonald’s Worldwide Convention 2019 in Orlando, Florida!
We are very excited for the three Ray Kroc award winners from McDonald’s India (West & South) – Sushmitha, Dharmendra Sahoo and Kunal Dhembre.
