The best kind of customer service often starts with a smile. During training sessions at McDonald’s, we keep stressing on the importance of a smile time and again. A smile instantly puts a customer at ease. Vijeta is a great example of what a smile can do to people around us. Her smile is unpretentious, infectious and gives away her zeal at work.
Vijeta has been working at McDonald’s for more than a year now. She loves that she gets to work with like-minded people. And of course we could not stop ourselves from asking about the secret of her smile. “Customers like my smile. They always say that. Today I am on fast, but I am still smiling. This is who I am,” she says.
