Planning a party at McDonald’s
Planning a celebration at your preferred McDonald’s West & South outlet is also really fun because it’s really easy. From booking the space to choosing your guests’ meals and selecting a date and time, you don’t have to stress about much else – we take care of all the finer details including the vibe, theme, props, party games, cut-outs, balloon décor, and making sure you and your guests are having a jolly good time!
To book a slot, speak to the store manager at a respective outlet or contact us, online, through the Birthday Party tab on our website. How it works, you ask? Here it is:
- Click the Book Now icon
- Fill in the form: Parent’s Name, Birth Date, Celebration Date, State, City, Restaurant, E-mail ID, and Mobile number. Check ✓ the tick-box mentioning your acceptance to receiving a call/SMS from our managers, as they will contact you, that way, to confirm the details and set up your party at McDonald’s.
Some of our current party themes are: Party in Space 🌌, Party in the Castle 🏰, and Safari Party 🦒. If there’s anything else you have in mind, you can share your ideas and thoughts with the respective store’s manager.

A great party has to have great food – well, no worries, here! 🥰 Take a look at our Birthday Party Package offers for the guests in attendance – adults and children. Usually, this includes a Burger, Beverage, and Side per person. If you’re selecting a Happy Meal® for the kids, there is the surprise book for them to look forward to. You can choose from our selected burger meals, or mix and match from the vegetarian and non-vegetarian items on our McDonald’s menu. 👍🏽
