My family has been in the food business for generations, with my grandfather having run his own bakery for several years and my father having run a catering business. I have always been a huge fan of McDonald’s and can proudly state that I have eaten in over 20 McDonald’s restaurants across Bangalore. So when I decided to pursue my graduation in hotel management and got admission at IHM, Bangalore I decided I wanted to get a head start on my career too and applied to McDonald’s for a job!
I joined as a crew member in March 2015 and it has been an excellent learning experience. The team is full of very patient teachers and in addition there are excellent options for growth for someone who is also just beginning his graduation. I don’t think I could have chosen a better place to start my career in the food service industry!
