I am Jain. I do not eat potatoes. I have heard that all your burger patty contains potatoes like in Veg Maharaja Mac, Cheesy Italiano Veg, McVeggie Burger, Veg McMuffins, American Cheese Supreme-Veg. Is it true that all of them contains potato in one or the other form?
Hi Amar, you are right, most of our vegetarian burgers contain potatoes, except for our McSpicy Paneer Burger.I am a westerner coming to India for the first time and am afraid of consuming local water and getting “Dehli Belly”. Does McDonald’s use filtered water in its fountain pop and soft-serve/Mcflurry machines? Is it safe for westerners? Also, I have been advised not to eat salads when in India due
to bacteria concerns. Is the lettuce on burgers washed in filtered water? Thank you for your response.
Hi Allison, yes, the water used for fountain pop complies to packaged drinking water standards. Shredded lettuce received in stores are already processed with highest GMP standards and are food safe. We do not wash lettuce at stores.
Recently I came across a whatsapp message about usage of LM10 as one of the ingredients in your products. The forward says that LM10 is derived from pork. Does any of your product have LM10? Does any of your product in India have anything that sourced from pork?
We do not use pork in any form. All ingredients used in our product are 100 % complying with FSSAI guidelines and are never derived from pork.
Will you ever bring back limited edition burgers like the “Indie-McSpicy”? Even if they aren’t in the menu, is it possible to specially request them?

Please leave your details with us and we will keep you informed about any new product launches.I am interested in supplying buns in Gujarat and nearby region. Hi Rahul,
We already have a tie-up with a bakery in Pune, which is currently sufficient to meet all our West India requirements. However, you can send us your company profile to the Corpcomm email ID.
Any plans to bring the Chicken Sandwich like they serve it in the west? Fat grilled chicken patty with Lettuce & Tomato. I mean that’s a classic!

Hello Rakesh, all our burger buns are manufactured in India by three local bakeries across the country. The buns used at McDonald’s are 100% vegetarian. There is no rubber added, the natural and soft texture of the buns is due to the combination of a wheat variety, gluten yeast, and the baking process. Our Buns comply with FSSR standards.Do you use any dairy products in French Fries or are they pure vegan?
Hi Khalid, we don’t use any dairy products in our French fries. Currently we do not have any vegan menu items, but our menu is always evolving to meet the tastes of our customers. Thanks for your suggestionI love strawberry soft-serve. Is it real strawberry or flavored jam?
Hi Sanju, the topping used in our strawberry soft-serve is made up of strawberry pulp, sugar and added flavors.I would like to know whether MSG is added in Mc Donald’s products. If added, could you mention products do not contain MSG and which are safe for consumption by pregnant women?
